Tennis player Tomas Cosmai being named the student-athlete of the week after going 4-0 in singles and doubles at the Weber State Open. He went 3-0 in singles to win the title and won a three-set match with doubles partner Andrew Nakajima. Linebackers Zach Vigil and Lt Filiaga were named honorable mention national linebackers by College Football Performance Awards. Filiaga had 10 tackles and two fumble recoveries and Vigil had 14 tackles including three for loss and a pass breakup.
