Utah State athletics announced Thursday that the Aggies football team will wear pink on Oct. 4 for its home game against in-state rival BYU as a part of a "Tackle Breast Cancer" promotion.

The Aggies will don armbands, socks, gloves and towels in pink, and the school will be selling a pink Utah State shirt at its various retailers. For every shirt sold, one dollar will go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Coach Matt Wells said in a radio interview with Kyle Gunther on 1320 KFAN this week that the team knew what uniform combo they'd go with for BYU — it seems this is what he meant.

BYU should be one of the team's biggest home games this year, kicking at 6 p.m. and airing on CBS Sports Network. The Cougars have clawed the Aggies in their last two meetings in Provo.
