USU football - official visits for the Aggies
Published on Sep 6, 2012 05:10PM
Both major Utah State football programs will host multiple athletes on official visits this weekend - which is as good a weekend as any, by the way.
The football program, The Tribune has learned, will welcome Ryan Smith and Justin Sweert, a wide receiver and a cornerback respectively out of Bishop Gorman high school in Las Vegas.
The basketball program will host commitments Jalen Moore and Carson Shanks on their official visits.
Moore is one of the most highly touted prospects in the state, a 6-foot-8 small forward out of Sky View High in Logan.
Shanks is a seven-footer out of Minnesota, who verballed last year.
