It's easily the biggest win of the season, and a win that should go a long way towards Utah State making the Big Dance should it need an at-large bid.
Right now, though, the Aggies are in a position they've never been in. They not only beat St. Mary's on a national stage, they smacked the Gaels around in the second half. They didn't fall into a signature win, they took their signature win. With this, Utah State has put itself in position to get a good seed in the NCAA tournament, not just a 12 seed or a 13 seed. The Aggies, if they can win out, can get a really favorable matchup, which would go a long way towards actually winning a game in the Big Dance.
