If you were a fan of ABC's "Happy Endings," chances are you'll be interested in NBC's Marry Me (8 p.m., Ch. 5).

I wasn't a big fan of "Happy Endings," but I'm quite taken with the premiere of "Marry Me," a comedy from the same executive producer (David Caspe) and featuring one of the same stars (Casey Wilson).

Caspe and Wilson married each other in real life back in May. But the comedy in "Marry Me" revolves around Annie (Wilson) and Jake (Ken Marino).

After six years together, Annie thinks it's time she and Jake got engaged. He's about to do so, but she has a complete meltdown that's not as private as she thinks it is.

It's really funny stuff. And gets "Marry Me" off to a really promising start.
