Tuesday on TV: Velocity comes to Utah for ‘Bitchin’ Rides’

First Published      Last Updated Oct 03 2014 02:16 pm

Another Utahn takes his shot at reality-show stardom tonight - Dave Kindig is the star of Bitchin' Rides (7 and 11 p.m., Velocity).

Over the past 15 years, Kindig and his Kindig-It Design have been a one stop, complete custom shop where autos are turned into spectacular works of art. And in "Bitchin' Rides," viewers follow camersa inside the 27,000 square foot Salt Lake City business to experience how he and 26 specialists construct cars that make some extraordinarily cool vehicles that are more like works of art.

And Kindig is kind of funny and awkwardly charming.
