Thursday on TV: Utes kick off the college football season

The college football season kicks off with the first local team in action. Utah hosts Idaho State (5:30 p.m., P12N) in a game that isn't expected to be particularly competitive.

If it's as non-competitive as we think it will be - if the Utes are as far ahead as we think they will be - you could flip back and forth with the high school football game at 7 p.m. on Ch. 14 - Herriman at Bingham
