A new season of Doctor Who begins with a new Doctor - Peter Capaldi takes over the role of everyone's favorite Time Lord (Saturday, 6:15 p.m., BBC America). And the Doctor and Clara (Jenna Coleman) are in Victorian London, where there's a dinosaur on the loose. If that's not enough to deal with, a whole bunch of people are dying when they spontaneously combust."Doctor Who" is always great fun.
