Thursday on TV: Be careful — if you start watching 'NY Med," you won't be able to stop

In the season finale of NY Med (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4) ER nurse Katie Duke treats a young woman whose CrossFit workout was so extreme that it nearly destroyed her kidneys. And Chief of Trauma David Livingston tries to repair the throwing arm of a college pitcher who is injured during a drinking spree with his buddies.

If you haven't checked out this show, give it a chance. You may just find you start watching an episode and you just can stop.

Project Runway (7 p.m., Lifetime): The contestants have to turn vintage men's suits into looks for modern women.

The Honorable Woman (11 p.m., Sundance): Nessa's security adviser gets a lead on the missing boy.

Satisfaction (11 p.m., USA): Neil learns surprising information from a security breach.

You're the Worst (11:30 p.m., FX): Jimmy gets pulled into plans with Gretchen, Edgar and Lindsay.
