Tuesday on TV: KISS' '4th and Loud' is kind of a snooze

If you're a really big fan of KISS and a really big fan of the Arena Football League, you might like 4th and Loud (10 p.m., AMC).

If not ... you'll probably want to avoid this new reality series about Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and their Arena Football League team. It's far less interesting than Simmons and Stanley think it is.

And they're far less interesting than they think they are.

Royal Pains (10 p.m., USA): Hank and Boris go to Argentina to meet a potential patient.

Tyrant (11 p.m., FX): Barry plans a coup against his brother.

Finding Carter (11 p.m., MTV): Carter and Taylor celebrate their birthdays.
