Tuesday on TV: KISS' '4th and Loud' is kind of a snooze

If you're a really big fan of KISS and a really big fan of the Arena Football League, you might like 4th and Loud (10 p.m., AMC).

If not ... you'll probably want to avoid this new reality series about Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and their Arena Football League team. It's far less interesting than Simmons and Stanley think it is.
