OK, I'm willing to admit that I'm a fan of Project Runway (7 p.m., Lifetime). I was mocking my daughter for watching it a few years ago, and she got me to sit down and watch it with her.Weirdly enough, I was hooked. After last week's Season 13 premiere, I'm sort of tempted to give up on the show for a couple of reasons:First, the winning dress last week was hideous. I could go to a thrift store, rip the bottom off a dress, cut the top of the sleeves open and stain it and I'd have something close to what the judges chose.I was reminded of when mentor Tim Gunn referred to the "crack-smoking judges" a few seasons ago.I get that I don't understand fashion, but I do understand ugly. And, second, I'm getting a little tired of how mean the judges are. There's a lot to criticize and, yes, it's part of the show. But watching Nina Garcia devastate contestants with made-for-TV zingers is grating on me.This is an empty threat, of course. I'll continue watching. And I'll have a lot of fun complaining about and criticizing the show.Elsewhere on TV ...The Quest (7 p.m., Ch. 4): See the review here.Dominion (7 and 9:05 p.m., Syfy): Datak turns to an unlikely ally for help after he's framed for a bizarre murder.Big Brother (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Another houseguest is evicted.Rookie Blue (8 and 9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Andi has to defend herself at Duncan's dismissal hearing.Welcome to Sweden (8 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): Bruce tries to find a job.Gang Related (8 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): Los Angelicos seek revenge for what they perceive as Ryan's betrayal.PCL baseball (8 p.m., CBSSN): Tocoma Rainiers at Salt Lake BeesWorking the Engels (8:30 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): Jenna is asked by a former client to handle an important merger.Last Comic Standing (9 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): The Top 5 comics perform — and Jay Leno returns (briefly) to NBC as a mentor in this episode.Rectify (10 p.m., Sundance): Daniel is still seeking answers.Rush (10 p.m., USA): Rush contends with a medical emergency and reaches out to his estranged father.Married (11 p.m., FX): Russ and Lina go on a romantic getaway.Dominion (11 p.m., Syfy): Innocent higher angels turn up dead in Vega.Satisfaction (11 p.m., USA): Neil makes a deal with Simon. You're the Worst (11:30 p.m., FX): Gretchen asks Jimmy for a key to his house.
