Wednesday on TV: 'Taxi Brooklyn' and 'Mystery Girls' are dumb and dumber

There are a couple of new shows premiering to night, and they're both awful As you might expect.

In Taxi Brooklyn (9 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5), a tough detective (Chyler Leigh) teams up with a streetwise New York cabbie (Jacky Ido) to solve crimes in this new cop drama. It's ridiculous.
