In Sunday's episode of 60 Minutes (6 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2), Lesley Stahl travels to the missile fields surrounding F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyo., and discovers that the young men and women who oversee some of the world's deadliest weapons have trouble hearing what is being said on their ancient phones and work with computers so old they use floppy discs.
