Monday on TV: There are alternatives to the Olympics

The Following (8 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): Max and Ryan try to stay ahead of the FBI.

Lost Girl (8 and 11 p.m., Syfy): Bo's search for answers turns dangerous.
