CBS and ABC each premiere a new series tonight. Neither show is bad, but neither is anything to get all excited about

Killer Women (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Tricia Helfer ("Battlestar Galactica") as Molly Parker, one of the first women to join the Texas Rangers. She goes after women killers - thus the title - and the show is better than that sounds.

It's got a sense of humor. And it's a pretty good action/adventure.

Intelligence (previews tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS/Ch. 2; moves to its regular time slot Monday, Jan. 13 at 9 p.m.): JJosh Holloway ("Lost") stars as a former super-soldier who's now an America spy with a computer chip implanted in his brain. And that gives him almost super powers.

In this case, it's not as good as it sounds. It's not awful, but it's not anything you're going to get caught up in.
