Tuesday night, there's New Year's Rockin' Eve presents the 30 Greatest Women in Music (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4). Then it's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4). And, finally, it's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest (10:30 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4).
