ABC canceled it after the ratings for Episode 1 were bad and the ratings for Episode 2 were worse.

Ah, well. At least "Lucky 7" will be the answer to a trivia question: What was the first show canceled in the 2013-14 TV season?

And, quite frankly, it wasn't a good show.

Until ABC figures out what to do with the time slot, it will air repeats of Scandal (9 p.m., Ch. 4). So if you missed the episode that aired on Thursday, Oct. 3, here's a chance to catch up.

Also tonight, it's the chilling Frontline (8 p.m., KUED/Ch.7) documentary "League of Denial: The NFL's Concussion Crisis."

It makes the NFL look terrible, because the league not only hid information about the danger of head injuries but actively tried to discredit research that indicated that was true. And it's a wake-up call for parents of any child who wants to play football.
