Utahn Geoffrey Tabin will be featured Wednesday on both ABC's "World News with Diane Sawyer" (6 p.m. Ch. 4) and "Nightline" (11:35 p.m., Ch. 4) as the newscasts focus on him and his organization, the Himalyan Cataract Project.

According to the network, "David Muir followed Dr. Tabin and Ethiopian partners through a high-volume cataract campaign that provided over 700 surgeries and critical training to local eye care professionals. The segments chronicle the journeys of patients from remote villages to the operating table to the moment when the eye bandages are removed and vision is restored. Muir's reporting highlights the nonprofit organization's work to establish sustainable eye care systems customized for developing countries."
