Monday on TV: Will Allison reach her "Breaking Pointe"?

After interviewing her a few times, I've become quite fond of Allison DeBona, who was the villainess in Season 1 of Breaking Pointe (8 p.m., CW/Ch. 30). And that has made watching Season 2 sort of tough.

Mostly because I have daughters not that much younger than Allison. And if one of them was thinking of giving up a career she loved because her boyfriend in Detroit was making that a condition of their continued relationship ... I would have some advice for them. As in - are you kidding me?

Season 2 actually took place several months ago, so at this point I can just hope Allison figured all this out. Tonight's episode might just give us a clue about where things are headed..
