The Winner Is … (9 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5) is a singing competition/game show hosted by Nick Lachey. Six acts compete to impress an audience of 101 music fans. They can either take some money ($10,000 up to $50,000) and run or try to be one of the two acts who will compete for $1 million.
Meh. There are worse ways to waste an hour.

The Voice (7 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): The remaining contestants perform.
Major Crimes (7 and 9 p.m., TNT): The wife of a film director is murdered. (Season premiere)
Defiance (7 and 9 p.m., Syfy): Nolan and Tommy discover an American astronaut who's been in suspended animation for decades.
The Goodwin Games (7:30 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): Chloe considers giving up acting; Henry becomes his own wedding planner.
Warehouse 13 (8 and 10 p.m., Syfy): A volcanic event at a prison allows two inmates to escape.
King & Maxwell (8 and 10 p.m., TNT): This attempt at a light-hearted drama about two Secret Service agents (Jon Tenney and Rebecca Romijn) turned private investigators is more dopey than fun. And it suffers because Romijn can't act.
Anger Management (8:30 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): Charlie learns a secret about Jen's new boyfriend.
Mistresses (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Karen tells Savi to keep her indiscretion a secret from her husband.
Switched at Birth (9 p.m., ABC Family): Regina returns from rehab and she isn't happy to see that Daphne has grown closer to the Kennish family.
The Fosters (10 p.m., ABC Family): The teens find it difficult to adjust to the two new family members.
The Glades (10 p.m., A&E): The owner of a chain of barbecue restaurants is murdered.
Longmire (11 p.m., A&E): A shepherd and his dog are murdered.
Teen Wolf (11 p.m., MTV): One of Stiles' friends goes missing.
