Tuesday on TV: Tyler Perry interprets "Upstairs, Downstairs"

Tyler Perry's The Haves and the Have Nots (7 and 8 p.m., OWN) is Perry's version of "Upstairs, Downstairs" - a soap about a rich, powerful family and the hired help.
