When "Masterchef" returns for its fourth season on May 22, there will be a Utahn among the hopefuls. How long Alexandra Jones lasts remains to be seen.
Fox has released a list of 95 contestants who have a shot at making the cooking competition. But that number will be trimmed to 40 on the two-hour season premiere.
Jones is listed as a stay-at-home mom from Ogden, but this won't be her first experienced on a TV cooking show. In 2008, she appeared in KUED's "P Is for Potato," where she prepared a no-mayonnaise Greek potato salad and proclaimed that her lifelong ambition was to host her own cooking show.
