Ballet West will reach another "Breaking Pointe" on July 29

We finally have a premiere date for Season 2 of "Breaking Pointe," and we have plenty of time to set our DVRs.

The reality series about Salt Lake City's Ballet West will return on Monday, July 29, at 8 p.m. on The CW/Ch. 30.

Season 1 was surprisingly watchable. Not exactly a soap opera, but there were definite strains of soap running through the lives of the dancers. At the same time, "Breaking Pointe" demonstrated what they go through for their art and it isn't easy.

We're promised more dancing in Season 2, but the personal drama of the members of the dance company won't be neglected. And expect some news about the status of the relationship between Allison and Rex ...
