GREY'S ANATOMY - "Transplant Wasteland" - The discord and chaos created by the hospital's new management team causes one physician to question his future at Seattle Grace. Thursday on Utah TV: "Grey's Anatomy" trudges on; Utes advance to face Cal

As everyone who watches Grey's Anatomy (8 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4) knows, the show is not what it once was. Not even close.

This season's ongoing storyline about the hospital's financial problems and sale has been at least sort of interesting - if often implausible - but now a group led by several of the doctors is in charge.

It's more plausible that this might not work out altogether well. Which is what happens tonight.

And, by the way, there's a (somewhat) unexpected men's college basketball game tonight. By virtue of beating USC on Wednesday, Utah takes on Cal (7 p.m., P12N) in the second round of the Pac-12 tournament.

Project Runway (7 and 11 p.m., Lifetime): Contestants design costumes for Thunder from Down Under - the male burlesque show.

Two and a Half Men (7:30 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Alan and Walden try to get Herb out of his funk.

Person of Interest (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): The contestants have to create customers for the male burlesque show Thunder from Down Under.

Glee (8 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): The kids try to diffuse the tension between Will and Finn.

Beauty and the Beast (8 p.m., CW/Ch. 30): To protect Vincent, Cat threatens a witness.

1600 Penn (8:30 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): Dale and Xander play a passionate game of Risk.

Elementary (9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Joan tackles a case on her own.

Anger Management (10:30 p.m., FX): Martin has Charlie's daughter baptized behind Charlie's back.

Archer (11 p.m., FX): Archer and Lana pose as newlyweds.
