Thursday on Utah TV: It's a quiet night on television

It's the week between Christmas and New Year's, so it's not exactly a surprise that there's not a whole lot of original programming on TV tonight.

College football: Military Bowl - Bowling Green vs. San Jose State (1 p.m., ESPN); Belk Bowl - Cincinnati vs. Duke (4:30 p.m. ESPN); Holiday Bowl - Baylor vs. UCLA (7:45 p.m., ESPN)

Happy New Year, Charlie Brown (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): 2008 animation.

The Mindy Project (7, 7:30, 8 and 8:30 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): If you haven't checked out this really good sitcom, here's a mini-marathon of repeats.

Men's college basketball (7 p.m., BYUtv): Northern Arizona at BYU

Project Runway All Stars (7, 10 and 1 p.m., Lifetime): The remaining contestants create ready-to-wear looks.
