Charlie Sheen's sitcom Anger Management (10:30 p.m., FX) started out bad and it hasn't gotten any better.

Not that anybody at FX cares. The ratings are still good - for cable. And it looks like almost a certainty that they will reach the goal that, contractually, will kick in an order for 90 more episodes.

Sigh.

In this week's episode, one of Charlie's patients from the prison group shows up at his house.

Elsewhere on TV ...

Project Runway (7,8:30 and 11 p.m., Lifetime): The competition continues.

Big Brother (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Contestants compete to be the head of household.

Wipeout (8 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Obstacles this week include Batter Up, Panic Hammocks and the Spin Psycho.

Sullivan & Son (8 and 10 p.m., TBS): Owen is determined to find his real dad; Hank and Carol are hiding a secret.

Burn Notice (10 p.m., USA): Sam agrees to help his girlfriend's son

Wilfred (11 p.m., FX): Wilfred and Ryan's friendship is threatened.

Suits (11 p.m., USA): Harvey turns to a former colleague for help.

Louie (11:30 p.m. FX): Louie meets another comedian; Louie has a bad day with a bad kid.
