t's the 14th-season premiere of Big Brother (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2), which is not to be confused with ABC's "Glass House."

"Big Brother," of course, is the show about a bunch of folks trapped in a house who lie, cheat and backstab their way to one of them eventually winning half a million dollars. All the while, they're on camera.

"Glass House" is ABC's rip-off of "Big Brother." And CBS is suing ABC over that, given that ABC hired away a bunch of "Big Brother" producers.

ABC should not have bothered. The ratings for "Glass House" are abysmal. The network is paying big legal bills for nothing.

And it's all at least a little bit funny.
