The Stanley Cup Finals (6 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5) could come to an end tonight. The Los Angeles Kings hold a 3-0 lead over the New Jersey Devils, and Game 4 is in L.A.
Not that that seems to matter. The Kings won Games 1 and 2 in New Jersey.
Even if you're not a hockey fan, you've got to love this story. The Kings look like the Real Salt Lake of the NHL. In 2009, RSL was the No. 8 seed and fought their way to the MLS Cup.
This year, Los Angeles was the No. 8 seed in their conference and are a game away from claiming the Stanley Cup.
Great story.
