When last we saw Desperate Housewives (Sunday, 8 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Bree (Marcia Cross) was preparing to end her own life.
She wrote the note. She had the gun. She was about to do what Mary Alice did when the show began almost eight seasons ago.
Without giving anything away, let's just say that the show isn't going to keep viewers hanging for long. There is a resolution early in the episode ... and then the show moves on.
In this, the final season of "Housewives," we're moving toward a conclusion of all the storylines. And it's a fun ride.
