A challenge to the way people are elected to the state school board got a boost last week. A federal judge sided with three people seeking to be candidates on the ballot, ruling the current candidate selection process is unconstitutional.

On Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., plaintiff Breck England and Tribune reporters Tom Harvey and Lisa Schencker join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the case and what the ruling means for the school board and elections in November.
