Cities and towns across Utah are considering loosening their local gun laws, a move prompted by a national gun-rights group.

On Thursday at 12:15 p.m., Second Amendment Foundation attorney Miko Tempski, Steve Gunn of the Gun Violence Prevention Center and Tribune government editor Dan Harrie join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss the gun rights battle at the local level.
