Opponents are lining up against a proposed fee on homes with solar panels, saying the fee would punish supporters of renewable energy. Rocky Mountain Power maintains net-metered customers aren’t paying their fair share of fixed costs.
On Monday at 12:15 p.m., RMP spokesman Dave Eskelsen, Salt Lake City sustainability manager Tyler Poulson and Tribune reporter Brian Maffly join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk more about the fee and how it would affect consumers.
