Sundance USA titles picked

Now that we know what's playing at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, organizers of the festival have decided what will play at the nine independent theaters around the nation that will participate in "Sundance Film Festival USA" on Jan. 26.
The most interesting pairing of the night will be in Nashville's Belcourt Theatre, where the documentary "West of Memphis" will screen. Amy Berg's documentary depicts the long-running murder case of three little boys in West Memphis, Ark. - just over the river from Tennessee.
Here are the other locations and movies playing on Jan. 26:
- Michigan Theatre, Ann Arbor, Mich. • "For a Good Time, Call," director Jamie Travis' comedy about two women (Ari Graynor and co-writer Lauren Anne Miller) who find a creative solution to their money problems.
- Coolidge Corner Theatre, Boston • "Celeste and Jesse Forever," directed by Lee Toland Krieger, a romantic comedy about a couple (Andy Samberg and co-writer Rashida Jones) who marry young and divorce at 30 -- intending to remain best friends while pursuing other relationships.
- BAM, Brooklyn, N.Y. • "Robot and Frank," directed by Jake Schreier, in which an elderly man (Frank Langella) receives a robot caretaker (voiced by Liev Schreiber).
- Music Box Theatre, Chicago • "2 Days in New York," Director-writer-actress Julie Delpy's follow-up to her "2 Days in Paris," this time with her in New York with her child, and a new boyfriend (Chris Rock).
- Sundance Cinemas Houston, Houston • "Bachelorette," written and directed by Leslye Headland, in which three women (Kirsten Dunst, Isla Fisher, Lizzy Caplan) reunite to be bridesmaids for a high-school friend at her wedding.
- Enzian Theater, Orlando, Fla. • "Arbitrage," writer-director Nicholas Jarecki's thriller about a hedge-fund manager (Richard Gere) scrambling to sell his trading empire before it collapses and his fraud is revealed.
- Sundance Kabuki Cinemas, San Francisco • "Liberal Arts," the second movie written and directed by "How I Met Your Mother" star Josh Radnor, with Radnor as a just-divorced 30-year-old returning to his old college -- and striking sparks with a 19-year-old sophomore (Elizabeth Olsen).
- The Loft Cinema, Tucson, Ariz. • "Goats," directed by Christopher Neil, which follows a 15-year-old (Graham Phillips) leaving his New Age-y mom (Vera Farmiga) and goat-raising stepdad (David Duchovny) for a structured academy setting.
Meanwhile, in Park City, the big event on the 26th is Joseph Gordon-Levitt's live presentation of "hitRECord" at the Eccles Theatre.
