Veteran captain Kyle Beckerman agrees with coach Jason Kreis that the eight new players on the RSL roster are going to need some time to adjust to the "unique" system the team plays. But what makes it so challenging?"It's not a selfish system," Beckerman explained. "You have to pass the ball, keep it moving, pass and move. Once you start to make it complicated, that's when we get in trouble. That's when we lose the ball, and we're in bad spots."Maybe somebody coming from college or somewhere where they were the best on their team ... they had to do more than what they have to do here," he added. "Here, you have to become part of it, not try and kind of do it all yourself.'"You kind of have to do less — offensively," he said. "Defensively, when we go around trying to get the ball back, we're going around like a beehive. We stick together, and everybody is going together. And if one's not doing that? Then it just breaks down. So you need everybody on the same page there. And other teams just aren't like that yet."
