The Major League Soccer hot stove is hot with rumor and player movement.
Real Salt Lake will have a couple players training in Europe, including midfielder and U.S. international Kyle Beckerman, who will have a stint with FC Kaiserslautern.
Meanwhile, midfielder Luis Gil will join a group of 18 young MLS players who will begin training in the Netherlands as part of the Generation adidas tour. They will train with the Ajax club and will face Ajax reserves Thursday before playing Dutch second division teams FC Volendam and Almere City FC.
David Beckham continues to weigh his options. Will he return to the L.A. Galaxy or take a "substantial" offer from Paris-St. Germain.
Also, the rumor mill has several big-name contemplating a move to MLS. Most likely, these adventures will remain rumor, but it is interesting, although improbable, that the likes of strikers Alessandro Del Piero, Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and Michael Ballack are linked with possible moves to MLS.
