Real Salt Lake defender Jamison Olave's grit and determination were on display for all to see during RSL's Western Conference Championship against the L.A. Galaxy.
Despite not at 100 percent, Olave still played 80-plus minutes and was a force inside the 18-yard box.
The 2010 MLS Defender of the Year was recognized again as he was named among the league named its top 11 players:
"Olave was an anchor for a Real Salt Lake defense that allowed the second fewest goals (36) in MLS this season. A towering presence with astounding closing speed, Olave also contributed two goals and an assist this season."
