RSL playoff picture comes into focus

Real Salt Lake's playoff picture becomes extremely clear following Saturday. A win clinches the No. 3 overall seed and a series with No. 2 Seattle.
A tie or loss against Portland at Rio Tinto Stadium means scoreboard watching Dallas at San Jose. Saturday's game against Portland begins at 7 p.m.
RSL holds the tiebreaker with Dallas, so same result for both teams gives Real the third seed. Should Dallas pick up more points on final weekend, Salt Lake would host a Wild Card game on Oct. 26th.
A series with Seattle would begin at home on Oct 29th at 8 p.m. (MT) on Fox Soccer Channel. The road leg would come Nov. 2 on ESPN2 at 8:30 p.m. (MT).
