BYU women's basketball coach Jeff Judkins has received a commitment from Amy Harris, a 5-foot-9 guard at Snow Canyon High School in the St. George area.
Harris committed on Sunday after making her official campus visit a few days before that.
Harris was the 3A basketball MVP last season after helping Snow Canyon win the state championship. She averaged 16.5 points and 6.9 rebounds per game for the Warriors, and also chipped in 3.2 assists per game.
She is expected to sign with BYU when the early signing period begins in November.
Harris also visited Nevada, according to The Spectrum newspaper.
