The Utah-based X-Factor Under 13 boys basketball team won the 14-and-under division at the third annual Big Mountain Jam tournament last week.
The team is ranked No. 8 in the West in its age division according to the West Coast Elite 25 Rankings.
The team will travel to Las Vegas July 28-31 to play in the Fab 48 tournament in that city.
Team members include: Stockton Shorts, Dason Youngblood, Jaxon Brenchley, Bracken Falslev, Trevin Knell, Wynton Lamar, Nate Harkness, Marcus Draney and Ben Rigby. The team is coached by former Utah State great Kendall Youngblood.
Snow College guard Connor Van Brocklin, a Davis High product, has been invited to play in the JUCO Top 100 showcase in St. Louis on July 13.
Van Brocklin, who will be a sophomore this upcoming season, had an offer from Idaho State but has decided to return to Snow for his sophomore season.
