Girls soccer: Bingham junior Carla Swensen commits to BYU

Football is not the only program at BYU getting a lot of early commitments right now.
The women's soccer program got a pledge recently from Carla Swensen, a rising junior at Bingham High.
Swensen is a 5-foot-3 wing player who also drew interest from Boise State, Wyoming, Utah Valley and Northern Arizona.
New Mexico, Minnesota, Arkansas and Central Florida had also contacted Swensen.
Swensen plays club soccer fo La Roca Premier 96 and is coached by Ariel Bravo.
The Miners will be coached this fall by recent hire Jenni Clough.
