Published on Nov 19, 2011 10:58AM
Brigham Young University women's basketball coach Jeff Judkins traveled a long way to get his latest recruit.
BYU has signed Kristine Fuller, a 6-foot guard from Palm Harbor University High in Tampa Bay, Fla.
Fuller committed to the Cougars last April and is now embarking on her senior season. She averaged 22.3 points per game as a junior, along with 7.5 rebounds, 3.6 steals and 2.6 assists.
Fuller scored 28 points in her team's season-opener last week.
