July is going well for a handful of Utah basketball players. The recruiting period opened up some offers to a few in-state recruits.

Jordan Loveridge, a 6-foot-6 power senior forward out of West Jordan, added Hawaii to his list of D-I offers, which includes BYU, Utah, Utah State and Colorado State.

But the biggest shocker of all might have been from the Utes, who offered Jared Stutzman, a 6-foot-5 guard in the class of 2014. Stutzman is native to Idaho Falls, but plays for Utah Pump 'N' Run on the 15U team.

Local hoops player Deng Deng also reported that he received an offer from Long Beach State via his Twitter account. It would be the first reported Division I for the 6-foot-5 swingman in the Class of 2012 who plays for A-Train Elite. Deng notably quit his high school team at Granger last month after he was not invited to attend the team's summer activities.
