The Utah Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association has awarded its "Directors Cup" to Bingham, Springville, Desert Hills, Manti and Panguitch for the 2013-2014 athletic season.

According to the group's executive director Marc Hunter, the organization representing athletic directors at Utah high schools awards the cup to one school in each of the five classifications.

Criteria include 40 percent on state tournament success for boys' and girls' sports; 40 percent based on the ranking of each team's grade point average, and 20 percent on the successful implementation of the Utah High School Activities Association's Raise the Bar sportsmship program.

Bingham led 5A followed by Riverton, Brighton, Copper Hills and Jordan. Springville was the top 4A school followed by Sky View, Maple Mountain, Box Elder and Timpanogos. In 3A, Desert Hills led Park City, Snow Canyon, Payson and Morgan. Manti was the top 2A school followed by Rowland Hall, Delta, Grand County and Gunnison. In 1A, Panguitch was first followed by Rich, Piute, Duchesne and Monticello.
