Some of the numbers that came out of last Friday's Utah high school football games were downright offensive.

Take, for example, Spanish Fork quarterback Jason Money's peformance in the Dons' 47-37 win over Maple Mountain. Money rushed for 436 yards and six touchdowns and added another 150 yards and one touchdown passing.

Utah football stats guru George Felt said that Herriman's 63-42 victory over Jordan produced the second-most total yardage all-time. Herriman had 662 yards and Jordan 652 for a combined 1,314 yards of total offense. Last season, East and Jordan combined for 1,333 yards to set the record.

There were some big stats in Skyline's 62-42 win over Murray as well. The two teams combined for 1,205 yards, the fifth-most all-time.

Combined with Canyon View and Dixie's 1,227 total last week and Jordan and Pleasant Grove's 1,196 yards earlier in the season, four of Utah's six all-time yardage games have come this season.
