'Sister Wives' case still alive

I'm no expert, but the fact that a hearing has been set in the "Sister Wives" case seems like a score for the polygamous reality show stars.

I thought Utah County prosecutors might have dealt their case a death blow last month when they said they wouldn't file bigamy charges against the polygamous Browns.

Without bigamy charges or even the "credible threat" of some future charges, it looked like the Browns might've lost legal standing to challenge the constitutionality of Utah's bigamy law.

So if the judge wants to hear arguments at all, it seems like a win for their side.

What do you think?
