More 'consuming fire' from Warren Jeffs
Published on Mar 27, 2012 07:19AM

Polygamous sect leader Warren Jeffs is once again sharing his messages from God.

Paul Murphy at the Utah Attorney General's Office sent me three revelations they received today, mailed out by Jeffs' followers. Read them for yourself here. The first one is dated Monday, Oct. 31, three days after the last set left off.

(The previous set of four revelations was sent to the AG's office, along with many, many other government offices less than a month ago).

The Halloween-dated revelation is the longest. It promises "a storm of great destructive power" in the US that will "paralyze many parts of thy nation for a time" and calls for the release of the release of both Jeffs and the his other followers in prison.

We're also looking at a tidal wave in Australia and some confusing things for China, which should "also be warned to cleanse my land of wickedness, not my people" and Russia, which should not "remain on my land of Zion."

Israel, though, should be protected. The revelation warns Iran to "cease all aggressive power against neighboring lands and people, lest you become a nation no more," and tells Turkey to aid Israel.

God also calls on Central Americans to "cleanse their own nation" and then to move on to all "lands of Zion."

In a second document, dated the following day, explains that Jeffs going to prison was a sign of the last days, though "I have commanded my servant to no longer be of an answering to court of persecuting power."

There's a lot of concern in the third revelation, dated Nov. 12, about the "murder of unborn children" (it's a running theme in these revelations). That's the "unforgivable sin" that will bring down "a pure fire of all-consuming power to consume every corruptible thing."

He also said children should be "of most favored protecting, innocent of sin, only learning ways of parents, of peoples they are among."

(Jeffs is now serving a life sentence in a Texas prison after being convicted of two counts of sexual assault of a child in the cases of two girls he took as underage wives.)

In other FLDS news, a Utah judge stuck by her ruling that the state should pay off $5 million in bills owed to the court-appointed administrator of the FLDS's communal property trust. Even though she stipulated that the trust would pay back any money the state kicks in, the AG's office looks likely to appeal.
