Ford vendor Ryan Wright tries out goggles that are designed to mimic the impairment of various levels of intoxication, as he tries to walk a line at the Statewide DUI Conference. West Valley City Police and the Utah Highway Safety Office hosted approximately 200 law enforcement officers from all over the state for training at a Statewide DUI Conference, Wednesday, May 28, 2014. The conference showcased some of the latest innovations in DUI enforcement technology including: the latest in portable breath testing devices and intoxilyzers, in-car camera systems, high visibility uniform items and ignition interlock devices.
