The 'Cats advance to the West Region semifinals in Los Angeles, where they likely will meet No. 2 Ohio State.
Arizona shot 55 percent from the field to Harvard's 27 percent. Mark Lyons led the Wildcats with 27 points. Solomon Hill added 13 points and 10 rebounds.
