Happy Tuesday. President Barack Obama has raised cash for fellow Democrats at fundraisers across the country but Vice President Joe Biden is also helping fellow Democrats with donations, even if his efforts are largely secret. Biden has been holding several under-the-radar events with contributors where attendees are warned not to tweet or Facebook, or even email. [
