Another bridge scandal for Chris Christie? LDS Church excommunicates Kate Kelly. Shurtleff, Swallow used businessman's jet, Ferrari.

Happy Tuesday. Is there another bridge scandal for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie brewing? Investigators looking into the whole bridge closure issue from last year have stumbled on to another concern: That Christie officials pushed to divert money from the Port Authority to fix a state-owned bridge — which isn't part of the Port Authority's purview — against the advice of lawyers.
